Nutcracker Ballet Graces the ‘09 Holiday Season

The National Tour of The Nutcracker has announced all of its dates for the holiday season, with plans to bring a Holiday staple to families all over the nation.

The tour features some shorter stops, including six shows in New York City and nine in Orlando, Fla., and a slew of longer stays – 20 performances in Chicago, Ill., thirty shows in Boston, Mass., and 24 stops in Denver, Col.

The ballet, which is Alexandre Dumas’ adaptation of a beautiful story set to the music of Tchaikovsky, manages to entertain children while grabbing the attention of parents alike.
